Etz Chaim Synagogue

Etz Chaim's cemetery is New Farnley Cemetery on Whitehall Road and includes New Central Vilna, Psalms of David and Etz Chaim Synagogue members. All their members are fully covered** for burial and funeral, which means that no other expenses are to be paid at the time of death. They will also accept non member funerals. Etz Chaim is its own funeral director which means that the office staff take over organizing everything for the funeral of its members and non members and do not involve any other funeral director in Leeds. Equally, they have our own vehicles.

In the unfortunate event of needing their services, the family should contact the Shul office on 0113 266 2214 and if the office isn’t open, there is an answer phone with the information in section 3 where the caller will find telephone numbers to call.

Sinai Synagogue

Sinai Synagogue have a section in the Harehills Cemetery. Membership of Sinai Synagogue entitles you to buried there, but is also open for Jewish non-member burials. Please contact the Sinai Synagogue Office to make enquiries or arrangements.
