WellFair Shop

Leeds Jewish Welfare Board opened its new charity shop, thewellfairshop, on Harrogate Road, Moortown in August 2007, after months of planning to find the perfect site.

Unlike a normal retail shop, the stock at thewellfairshop is made up entirely of donated goods from the public. The shop sells good quality ladies, gents and childrens clothing, bric a brac, books CD's DVD's and toys, with all proceeds going to Leeds Jewish Welfare Board.

The Community can drop goods at the shop anytime during opening hours - 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-2pm Friday and Sunday.

The shop is run by manageress Andrina Calvert and a team of volunteers. Volunteers are of all age groups gladly offering their time to perform highly rewarding roles which contribute to the day to day running of the shop - sorting, labelling, pricing, window dressing and of course, serving our customers.

If anyone is interested in becoming a volunteer, please contact Sara Korn on 0113 2185843.
